What started out as a mutual idea shared between co-founders Gary Church and Bill Gladman back in the summer of 2009, within the confines of Main Street Comics And Games in Springfield Ohio (also known as The ‘Field) quickly became something else entirely. Soon joined by fellow co-founding members Derron Church and Frank Raynor Twilight Star was born and with the addition of their first official new member, Chad Strohl, started to generate a great deal of momentum.
And they haven’t looked back since.
Now, just barely two years later Springfield Ohio’s “Home Of Creativity” currently has eleven active members, has released over 30 comics, produced over 1,700 copies of those comics as well as merchandise based on those same books, formed business partnerships with several local comic retail shops and the best comic conventions in the area and has worked with talented creators all over the world.
Known for their unique line of comics, comic characters and their “we never sleep” attitude, Twilight Star sets their sites on becoming one of the best indie comic creators to date.
